Stainless Steel Corrosion-Resistant Check Valves

Special Features:

  • Integral body seat. In-situ hardfacing provided for Trim 12 and 16 valves
  • Internal hinge design eliminates additional leakage path
  • Body-bonnet Joint – Class 150 Check Valves offered with square-shaped body-bonnet
joints in size 2” and with ovalshaped joints in 3” size. Valves in all other sizes and pressure classes offered with circular body-bonnet joints.

Tilting Disc Check Valves

  • The disc has a pivot axis closer to the flow-bore centre-line compared with Swing
    Check Valves.
  • Disc seats against a conical surface on the seat ring
  • Suitable for pulsating flow and fluid with particulates
  • Low susceptibility to water hammer

Axial Flow Check Valves

Flow forces the disc open against spring force; when the flow is reversed, the spring quickly close the valve by forcing the disc against a seat

Axial Flow Check Valve offers lower pressure drop, lower reverse flows and low slamming
